LUN Operations

The following operations allow administrators to automate the manipulation of LUNs in the EMC disk arrays through the EMC SMI-S Provider.

The supported operations for LUNs are:

•	create-lun, to create a new LUN in a storage system

•	get-lun, to list the existing LUNs and their characteristics

•	delete-lun, to remove an existing LUN for a storage system

•	expand-lun, to allocate additional space to a LUN
