BEXServerStatus

This parameter monitors the status of the Backup Exec server.

Detailed Description

The BEXServerStatus parameter monitors the status of the Backup Exec server – that is, is the server available or not. Values are:

Value	Description
0	Backup Exec server is up and running
1	Backup Exec server is down

Default Action Taken by PATROL

Not applicable.

Recommendations

If the Backup Exec Server is down if can be re-started using the Backup Exec Admin > Start/Stop Backup Exec menu.
