Defining Internal KM Issues Notification

Home  Previous  Next

This notification feature enables the KM to inform you of any internal problems that may occur or of any special operations it may perform. The objective of this notification is to help resolve an issue (if any), other than hardware problems – which are reported through the regular system of warnings and alerts. This feature is useful to find out more about any anomalies that may occur.

By right-clicking on HP EVA KM icon > KM Commands > KM Settings > Additional Settings > Internal KM Issues Notification, you can set the kind of messages you would like to be notified about and those you wish to register as PATROL events:

All internal messages
Only internal problems
No internal message

Internal errors are registered as events type "ERROR" (they appear in orange in PATROL Event Manager). Internal warnings are registered as "WARNING"Informational messages are registered as "INFORMATION".
