Port Status Monitoring Settings

The port status parameters report the health and error condition status for all fiber channel ports on each controller and are not performance related. By default, HP EVA KM for PATROL triggers an alert ONLY when a port that was up is down.

To change the default setting and select when these alerts should be raised, right-click on the HP EVA icon > KM Commands > KM Settings > Port Status Monitoring Settings:

Select an option and click OK to save your changes.
