Fiber Ports Activity Report

IBM DS6000, DS8000 Series KM for PATROL enables you to generate a report for one or several of the monitored fiber port:

1.Click the KM main icon > KM Commands > Reporting > Fiber Ports Activity

2.Select the parameter for which you wish to generate a report:

▪ECKD read bytes,

▪ECKD write bytes,

▪ECKD read/write bytes,

▪PPRC received bytes,

▪PPRC sent bytes,

▪PPRC received/sent bytes,

▪SCSI read bytes,

▪SCSI write bytes,

▪SCSI read/write bytes,

▪Total sent bytes,

▪Total received bytes, or

▪Total received/sent bytes.

3.Select the report range and interval

4.Press the Fiber Ports Selection button and select the specific Fiber Port(s) you wish to include in the report

5.Click Show Report.

You can generate a report directly from a specific fiber port:

1.Click the Fiber Port icon > KM Commands > Fiber Port Activity.

2.Select the report range and interval

3.Click Show Report
