Verify that the application icon for the loaded application instance is displayed. If the icon does not appear, there may be a problem with your PATROL installation. Refer to the PATROL Installation Guide for help.
To respond to a Backup Exec Alert:
1. | Right-click and hold the mouse pointer on the required Alert application instance icon.The application menu appears. |
2. | Choose Respond. A dialog box appears. |
3. | Select the required response type to send to the Backup Exec server. Click Accept. |
4. | A new dialog box will appear showing the status of your response to the alert (i.e. accepted or rejected by the server). |
