IBM Storage Manager (Windows)

To fully monitor IBM DS6000 and IBM DS8000 disk systems, you are required to install IBM DS Storage Manager. IBM Storage Manager needs to be installed on any server that has network access to the DS6000 and/or DS8000 Management Card.

The IBM Storage Manager is usually already installed and configured in most environments. In that case, proceed directly to installing the IBM CIM Agent for DS Open API.
