Configure Service Monitoring

To modify the rules used by the Backup Exec KM for monitoring NT services, use the KM Configure > Service Monitoring menu. The configuration steps are:

1.Select the Backup Exec services to modify monitoring rules
2.Select Enable or Disable – this will enable or disable alerts when the selected service(s) are not running.
3.Select OK to save the changes.
4.Select Done when you are finished.
