Fibre Alliance SNMP Agent (Switches)

Description

This connector discovers the enclosure and fiber-channel ports of SAN switches as well as the various environment sensors (temperatures, fans, power supplies, etc.). It relies on the SNMP protocol and supports the Fibre Alliance MIB (FCMGMT-MIB).

Connector Activation Criteria

The Fibre Alliance SNMP Agent (Switches) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:

An SNMP Get-Next on the OID 1.3.6.1.3.94.1.6.1.3 must return a value in the same subtree and contains $^4$$\|$^14$$ (regex)
